The Supervisor is a key person in any organisation. He / She represent theManagement to the Operators / support staff and brings the concerns ofthe operators & support staff to the management. He is directlyresponsible to get the work executed. This requires several practicalleadership skills to be developed by the Supervisory Personnel.
Often, the Supervisory personnel are promoted from operator cadre. Theymay have lot of experience but lesser academic qualifications. On theother hand, there could be young qualified professionals recruited forsupervisory roles with less experience.
This workshop focusses on providing powerful inputs on some key areas sothat he / she strengthens his / her capabilities & can give more effectiveperformance which would be much beneficial to his / her organisation.
